Does this sound like you?

Maybe some of this feels familiar.

Behind the “I’m Fine”

You're the reliable one. The strong one. You hold it all together, until you're finally alone and it catches up with you.

The Cost of Overgiving

You keep repeating the same patterns: overgiving, people-pleasing, and losing yourself to keep the connection.

Stuck in the Past

Maybe something happened, recently or a long time ago, and you can't stop thinking about it.

Stuck in Your Head

Your mind won't switch off at night. You replay conversations, rehearse what you should have said, and try to solve everything before you can rest.

Knowing vs. Doing

You know what you "should" do. But when you're activated, actually doing it feels impossible.

Tired but Wired

You feel heavy. Tired but wired. And quietly, a little like something is wrong with you.

If you saw yourself in any of that, you're in the right place. None of it means you're broken. It means your nervous system learned to cope, and those patterns make sense. We can work with them, together.

How therapy works?

Warm and human, and honest with you.

I'm warm and human first. I'm also direct. I'll gently name the patterns I notice, and I will never shame you for them. Curiosity over judgment, always.

We won't just talk in circles about the story. We'll slow down and pay attention to what's happening in your body too, because that's where so much of the real change lives.

And we get underneath the pattern, so this isn't just insight that feels good in session and fades by Tuesday. It's change that holds when you're back in real life.
